Industry advisors help CivilStream build the right product for general contractors and construction managers.
Overview
We're looking for advisors with deep experience in commercial construction operations, specifically people who have lived the pain of closeout documentation firsthand.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in commercial construction (GC, CM, or owner's rep roles)
- Direct experience managing or overseeing project closeout
- Familiarity with warranty tracking, COI compliance, or lien waiver collection
- Network within the Texas commercial construction market is a plus
What You'd Do
- Join monthly advisory calls (1-2 hours)
- Provide product feedback from an operator's perspective
- Help us understand how GCs actually handle closeout today
- Make introductions to potential pilot customers when appropriate
Time Commitment

| Async feedback | Occasional product screenshots or questions via email |
| Introductions | As opportunities arise naturally (no pressure) |
| Total expected | 2-4 hours per month |
Compensation
This is an equity-only role. No cash compensation.
Equity details are documented in a separate advisor agreement provided during onboarding.
